Stanley Casselman is a contemporary abstract painter and sculptor. Stanley Casselman was born in Phoenix, Arizona in the year 1963. The artist attended Richmond College located in London, England. He eventually earned a bachelor of arts degree from Pitzer college located in Claremont, California.
Casselman is renown for not using a brush in his paintings, but relying upon a squeegee to move paint around. The artist often works in acrylics.
The artist began working as a sculptor in clay before switching to painting. Gerhard Richter serves as inspiration for the artist.

What a great style of abstraction! Fantastic and bold color choices. The end result of his work seems rather loose but organized with many organic shapes.
