Kirsten Hassenfeld is an internationally renown installation and ceramics artist. Kirsten Hassenfeld was born in the year 1971.
Kirsten Hassenfeld earned B.F.A. from the Rhode Island School of Design located in Providence. The artist went on to earn a M.F.A. from the University of Arizona located in Tucson. Hassenfeld also attended the Skowhegan School of Art located in Maine.
Hassenfeld draws inspiration for her work from the decorative arts of the 18th and 19th centuries.
The artist is based out of Brooklyn, New York.
