In this clip part two of the interview with Miguel Osuna:
Miguel Osuna is a wonderful painter with a wide range of styles. One realist series the artist created was based on highways and freeways in California. Another artist who tackled this genre is Woody Gwyn.
Whether working realistically or abstractly Miguel Osuna shows a wonderful sense of design. Even his abstract works have a great sense of control as he doesn’t quite use a freehand squiggle, rather relying on confident calligraphy based strokes.
