Fritz Bultman passed away in 1985. The artist was 66 years of age.
Fritz Bultman was a great artist who used a great deal of color in his work. Of his two styles of painting, the looser style with bland color and his other style based on hard edged geometric shapes, I prefer the latter. Bultman also created collages which have a Matisse feel to them.
