De Giorgio Crimio enjoyed portraying the new industrial landscape of the United States at the time. Some critically acclaimed series include the mail, both the sorting in the mail room, and the transportation of the mail.
Alfredo de Giorgio Crimi passed away in 1994.
Alfredo de Giorgio Crimi had an interesting career. Although he was capable of painting realistically and telling a great story, the artist was at his best working with the new style of geometric abstraction. My favorite painter of this genre is the now deceased Shirley Jaffe.
