Carlos Almaraz was a painter from Mexico. Carlos Almaraz was born in Mexico City, Mexico in the year 1941. The artist was renown for his landscapes based on urban scenes.
Almaraz attended the University of California at Los Angeles. He went on to earn a M.F.A. from the Otis College of Art and Design also located in Los Angeles.
